What to expect:

Enjoy breathtaking views of historic stone buildings, ancient town walls, churches, and fortresses as you cycle through Vis—the oldest established town in Dalmatia, known in ancient times as Issa.

Departing from Vis town, you’ll ride past the remnants of Roman baths before continuing to the Prilovo Peninsula, home to a well-preserved Roman theater. From there, the route leads to the picturesque bay of Stonac and the impressive English fortress, Fort George. Along the way, take in the stunning view of the submarine tunnel known as the Lobster before heading back toward Vis town.

On the return journey, you’ll pass through the former military base Samogor and a historic palm nursery. The route then winds through the heart of Vis town, following the scenic Riva promenade to Kut and Grandovac beach, where you’ll have the opportunity to swim in crystal-clear waters. Finally, the tour concludes at the Vis ferry harbor.
